I tailor my approach to the unique needs and personality of each client. Together we will identify and develop your specific goals and choose which therapeutic approach will be the most comfortable and effective. I am an Air Force veteran and spouse of a retired veteran. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained. I utilize evidence based practices to assist my clients in reaching their potential. These evidenced based practices are effective in treating, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship troubles and identity issues. I can also provide psychotherapy sessions through online video sessions.
